System of
production
Organic Agriculture defines an agricultural system that, through the use of techniques that conserve and/or improve the soil and the ecosystem, manages to obtain food of the highest nutritional and sensory quality while respecting the environment as much as possible without the use of synthetic chemical products.
Soil fertility and ecological activity are maintained through the application of organic matter, leguminous crops, green manure and deep-rooting plants, following an appropriate multi-annual rotation program.

Our
production
To obtain high quality pasta we try to produce high protein wheat, which is then converted into semolina and transformed into spaghetti, macaroni and noodles. Our production is mainly based on pardina lentils, pedrosillano chickpeas, white beans, rice, canned legumes and pasta, which we have already mentioned.
Thelatest product that we have put on the market is the young red wine, which we produce from our own vineyards of the tempranillo variety.
